Accommodations at Raccoon Lakeside Lodge are rated depending on unit location, amenities and base occupancy. (Should the size of your party exceed the base occupancy for a unit a $10 per person per night charge will apply.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of $100/1 bedroom - $200/2 bedroom or $300/3 bedroom, is required for each unit reserved, to confirm your reservation. No units will be held more than 5 days without deposit.
Deposits go toward the overall cost of your stay.
Cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge, unless you plan to reschedule your stay and wish to leave your deposit active. You may leave your deposit active for up to 1 year without penalty.
Cancellations for reservations made from April 1st to October 31st are subject to a penalty equal to one nights stay plus service charge, if cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date.
